We study how our clients interact with their customers, what their needs are and what they want.

We review competitor research and market evaluations - anything that helps us understand our clients' customer demographic and business environment.

3. Strategy

With data gathered from our research, we begin to identify direction for a project. We identify the potential problems with a communications strategy and advise on how we can improve the current approach.

4. Brainstorm

We believe innovation and creative thinking is the cornerstone to every company's success in marketing.

In order to uncover and solve the strategic opportunities that were identified, we engage in collaborative brainstorming to discuss the possibilities. We work hard to bring out our clients unique difference. At the same time, we -and our clients- usually get a lot of fun and satisfaction out of the process.

5. Develop

The development process. This is where the work takes shape.

From award-winning annual report production, to designing an innovative product-driven website, to building a user-friendly content management system and constructing HTML email blasts or working on a Google ad campaign - our years of experience and technical expertise ensures we gets the job done.

6. Implement

All Systems Go! All marketing programs, or websites, or software applications are executed with precision.

7. Evaluate

The secret to a successful marketing program is being able to test, measure, evaluate - and evolve. It's a process that The Faren Group lives by.

Follow-up meetings with the client provide status updates, determine approvals and monitor the client's satisfaction with the success of the project.

8. Manage

Managing on-going communications programs, online properties, and the brand is vital for long-term growth of a company.

Revaluating and building upon the continued successes of these campaigns helps us build stronger relationships, which in turn impacts our customers' bottom line.
